Nominations for the offices of:
will be accepted from the floor virtually or via conference call at the April AEE Board meeting at the date, time, and link indicated below. The term of office will run for two years beginning July 31, 2026. All position descriptions are linked above for more information click the title you're interested in.

In addition to self-nominations made virtually, members may email completed Nomination Forms via electronic signature to office@aeeo.org from your government email no later than 12:00pm on April 24, 2026. OR mail completed Nomination Forms to AEE at P.O. Box 13428, Salem, OR 97309, which will be accepted if they arrive no later than 12:00pm on April 24, 2026. All nominations require the signatures of at least three (3) AEE members in good standing.
As provided in the AEE Bylaws, any member who has paid dues through April 2026 is in good standing and eligible to be a nominated candidate. In order to qualify to run for office, members must be a member in good standing for a minimum of one year prior to the date of nomination.
Candidates must accept nomination at the nomination meeting (April 24, 2026, Board meeting) or, if not in attendance, submit a written acceptance to the AEE Office at office@aeeo.org via your government email by 5:00 p.m. Friday, May 1, 2026.
Ballots will be sent to active AEE members electronically via personal email. Paper ballots will be provided upon request. Members may request a paper ballot from the AEE Office at office@aeeo.org. If you would prefer a paper ballot, please request by March 24, 2026.
The election will conclude on Friday, June 19, 2026. Results will be announced on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, via email and AEE website.
