AEE Board Elections and Bylaws E-Vote

Hello Fellow AEE Members,

The 2025 AEE Board Elections will take place beginning June 20, 2025, for the following Board positions: First Vice President, Mill Creek Director, Headquarters Director, OPRD Director, and AEE Directors for Region 1 and Region 4.

Changes to the bylaws include:

  • language clean up

  • Removal of term limits

  • The President would be an elected position rather than an automatic

  • ascension from First Vice President

  • Elections conducted solely electronically

Ballots, voting instructions, and link to full bylaws will be provided to active AEE members electronically via personal email. If you have not provided the AEE Office with a personal email address for contact, have changed your email address or are concerned about missing the vote please contact the AEE Office with your current email address.

Voting will close on Thursday, July 3, 2025 with results announced Monday July 7, 2025.
