CBA Ratification Summary and Redline

Members,

Thank you for your patience as we finished dotting i’s and crossing t’s in completing the tentative agreement. As of October 5th, we have finished negotiations and have come to a tentative agreement. Rumors that we had an agreement before then weren’t true. Since Monday we have worked to pull together a summary to send out with the ratification vote.

Now it is your turn! We will be sending out the ratification vote to your state emails. Please be on the lookout for it, as it will be out for 7 days only. It will include a summary of changes and a redline of the 21-23 Contract for the specific language. Once ratified, we will begin working on the final “blacklines” to create the final collective bargaining agreement.
