Updates on Article 12.4 - Lead Work Differential

AEE members,

We are writing to explain updates to the lead work differential, as agreed upon by AEE and the State. The lead work differential applies when an employee has been assigned by their supervisor in writing “lead work” duties for one (1) or more employees for ten (10) consecutive calendar days or longer. The differential applies when an employee is leading their supervisor’s direct reports, and it does not apply to project management and program management duties.
