AEE 2025-2027 Contract Tentative Agreement
Greetings,
We did it! AEE and the State came to agreement yesterday on the final articles. For now, pay equity will stay out of Article 11.3, Salary Administration and will remain status quo. We will get the 2.5% COLA February 1, 2026. A summary of all the changes will be posted to our website in coming days. For dues paying members, keep an eye out for the ratification vote. Once ratified, the agreement goes into effect. We are also preparing the electronic ballots to go out next week. Those will go to dues paying members personal emails.
I want to thank the Bargaining Team for all their work on getting to agreement. It was a long year with lots of bumps, but we persevered.
