AEE 2025-2027 Contract Update

Greetings,

It has been a month since the mediation meeting for the 2025-2027 contract and no additional meeting dates have been set. The earliest the mediator was available was late December. AEE received email correspondence from DAS regarding the Pay Equity disagreement. AEE is working on providing a response that will hopefully get us across the finish line and basically “agree to disagree” type of agreement. Fingers crossed this agreement can be reached. We will send out the message as soon as we know with information on the ratification vote. Only active dues paying members are eligible to vote. To become an active member, you can sign up here.
