Gathering at Capitol for Legislative Session
SEIU is hosting another gathering at the Capitol Steps this Wednesday, September 17th at 9:00 am. AEE leadership will be in bargaining, but we are hoping some of our members are able to show up in support of passing the Transportation Funding Bill. Announcement from SEIU:
On Wednesday, September 17th at 9:00 AM, the Oregon Senate will convene for the Special Session to vote on the transportation package. This is a critical moment for ODOT jobs and the future of our work.
We need ODOT workers present at the Capitol to show legislators just how important this vote is to us. When Senators see the faces of the people who keep Oregon moving, it makes a powerful impact.
